Products purchased from Kritishaa can be returned within 7–10 days of delivery, provided they meet our eligibility criteria. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Certain categories are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods such as bakery items, personal care and hygiene products, innerwear, and customized or made-to-order items. Electronics, appliances, and fitness products may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@kritishaa.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process. In some cases, we may arrange a pickup, while in others you may be required to ship the product back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost. In such cases, please provide photos of the item and packaging when raising your request to help us process it quickly.
